Definition

Pronunciation: /ˌdɛf.əˈnɪ.ʃən/ Explain

A definition assigns properties to a mathematical object. For example, a definition of a square is, "A four-sided polygon where the vertices are right angles and the sides are the same length." Some properties assigned to a square are:
